An old original Sterling Silver Mechanical Pencil. I think it is from the 1890's?? It opens and closes but it won't stay open and it won't stay closed so there is something inside that is broken??? It is stamped Sterling and is hand engraved and has the initials C L. This old original Sterling Silver Mechanical Pencil measures about 4 inches long when opened and weighs 26 grams. A very rare and hard to find piece of old Sterling Silver Antique Mechanical Pencil Memorabilia!!
