This is a yari blade made in the Edo period.

There are scratches and dirt due to age.

It's made of iron.

This is a collector's item. Since it has
 Tokugawa Nariaki's mark on it, I think 
it was used by the samurai around him.

Nariaki Tokugawa was a feudal lord (lord
 of the clan) in the late Edo period. 
Th
e 9th lord of the Mito domain in Hitachi
 Province, one of the three major 
families. He was the biological father of
 Yoshinobu Tokugawa, the last shogun of the E
do shogunate.
