Author Biography

Anca Draghici received the M.Sc. in Machine-Tools Design (1989, Transilvania University of Brasov, Romania) and B.Sc. in Business Management (2001, Babes-Bolyai University of Cluj-Napoca, Romania). In 2001, she achieves the Ph.D. degree in the research field of machine-tools ergonomics, at Transilvania University of Brasov, Romania. Now she is full professor (and Ph.D. supervisor) at Politehnica University Timisoara, Romania, Faculty of Management in Production and Transportation. Her teaching subjects are related to Industrial Ergonomics, Human Resources Management, Occupational Health and Safety, Investments Management and Knowledge Management. Her research fields of interest are linked with the impact of sustainability on organizational dynamics and business models. She regularly publishes and participates on international scientific conferences (she has more than 130 articles index in Clarivate Analytics database). In the last 10 years she was involved in different Erasmus+ educational projects dedicated to sustainable development skills development and education (for higher education and vocational training). Anca Draghici is president of the Society for Ergonomics and Work Environment Management in Romania (ErgoWork), member of the Member of Academic Management Society of Romania (SAMRO), former member of the European Manufacturing and Innovation Research Association a Cluster Leading Excellence (EMIRAcle) and member of the European Certification and Qualification Association (ECQA, . As a recognition to her research achievements, Anca DRAGHICI has been guest editor at Human Systems Management journal (2020, 2021), Sustainability journal (2020) and has act as invited speaker in several international conferences; she is editor of the Scientific Bulletin of Politehnica University of Timisoara, Transaction on Engineering and Management.
Larisa Ivascu is currently professor at the Politehnica University of Timisoara, Romania. In 2007 she graduated Software Development Bachelor programme at the Faculty of Computer Science and in 2010 she graduated the MBA programme at the Faculty of Management in Production and Transportation, both at Politehnica University of Timisoara, Romania. She has a Ph.D. degree in Engineering and Management from Politehnica University of Timisoara, Romania (2013). Her research focuses on corporate social responsibility, risk management, sustainability, strategic and business management. She has published over 190 papers in international journals in which 86 are Clarivate Analytics indexed, and 95 as first or sole author, and took part in many international conferences as an Invited Speaker. She is vice-president of the Society for Ergonomics and Work Environment Management in Romania (ErgoWork) and member of the World Economics Association (WEA), International Economics Development and Research Center (IEDRC). She is Director of the Engineering and Management Research Center (CCIM) of Politehnica University of Timisoara, Romania and member of Academic Management Society of Romania (SAMRO). As a recognition to her research achievements, Larisa IVASCU has been guest editor at Safety Journal and Resources Journal. In addition, she is Editorial Board Member of the International Journal of Social Computing and Cyber-Physical Systems, and an Editorial Office Member of Scientific Bulletin of Politehnica University of Timisoara, Transaction on Engineering and Management.
