NASA announced the station will be 361-foot high assembly consisting of four habitable modules, two provided by the United States and one each by Western Europe and Japan. A total of 14 space shuttle flights will be required to carry up equipment and orbital construction workers to assemble the massive base in 1993 and 1994. Photo measures 10 x 8.25inches.
