CAUTION : Please do not use high heat when ironing these onto your fabric.
The heat should not be higher than approx  °Celsius  90-110 
°Fahrenheit 200
or medium heat setting on your iron or it could cause damage to the holograms.
They adhere very fast so they do not require a long holding time with your iron or heat press.
