The hat is pre-owned. It doesn't look to have ever been worn, but the condition is not perfect. I would consider it more of a "pre-owned condition" rather than "new", even with the original stickers and the fact that it's never been worn. This is a large hat. If you feel like you have a "small" head, this would probably be too big for you if your plans are to wear it.
