O in a square, Owens Bottle Company, Medicine bottle, about 1920, perhaps 1923 (denoted by the 3 to the right of the O within the square on the base), machine made in Charleston WV (denoted by the 6  to the left of the O within the square on the base).
Stopper top, pre-merger of Owens Illinois Glass Company of 1929.  River find, a few scuffs but no chips, fairly clean.
