Technics SL-1200MK3 Direct Drive DJ Turntable Confirmed Operation Used

Description

A quartz synthesizer continuous pitch control system is employed for rotation control, allowing the pitch to vary continuously within ±8% with quartz lock.
In addition, the full circumference detection FG is employed, which provides more accurate detection signals by detecting at all circumference of the rotary axis.
The drive motor is an integrally structured DD motor with a starting torque of 1.5 kg-cm, allowing the heavyweight turntable to reach constant speed in 0.7 seconds (at 33 1/3 rpm).
The turntable has a rubber sheet and a deadening rubber attached to the back of the turntable to improve vibration resistance.
The tone arm uses a gimbal suspension system to achieve excellent initial sensitivity of 7mg horizontally and vertically.
The locking arm height adjustment mechanism is equipped with a precision helicoidal height adjustment ring that allows fine adjustment within a range of 6mm. This allows vertical tracking error to be minimized.
The cabinet is made of die-cast aluminum top and integrally molded heavy special rubber with high vibration damping and excellent anti-vibration characteristics. Furthermore, the DD motor, tone arm, and dust cover are connected to this special rubber, and each part is isolated separately for thorough vibration isolation.
Four large insulators prevent the adverse effects of external vibrations.
A slide lever system is used for pitch adjustment. The indicator plate allows direct reading of pitch conversion in 1% increments, and a green LED lights up at the 0 point (rated speed).
A purely electronic brake mechanism is built in. This allows for quick one-touch brake application and release of the brake mechanism as soon as the unit comes to a stop.
A pop-up stylus illuminator is included.
A disc slip sheet with soft rubber that does not scratch the disc is included for scratch play.
