This is a Beautiful Vintage Lingerie by George Hatab  Nightgown Size Petite Small.  The nightgown has embroiderey with lace trim.  Please Compare these measurements to something that fits you.  The size tag is missing but think it is a small.   From armpit seam to hem is 41 3/4 inches, and from armpit seam to armpit seam across JUST the back is 21 inches.
