I have used FurHaven playpens for fostering litters of kittens (including mama's) and even ducklings when I need to make sure they aren't underfoot, provide limited movement for healing, nursing mama's need a break, or just to prevent general mischief. Playpens are NOT suitable for crate training or for pets that will dig or chew to escape.
All proceeds from this sale benefit abandoned, non-feral cats and kittens. I
provide short term foster care for abandoned kittens and cats that are
unable to fend for themselves. There is generally a 2-4 week wait to get
adoptable cats into a shelter/foster home so I provide initial vet
visits and assessments, immediate medical costs, care for
pregnant/nursing mama cats and their babies, and re-homing or shelter
admission costs. I am not a non-profit and fund this project from my own budget so cannot issue donation
receipts.
