New Power Pack and Controller from International Hobby Corporation ( IHC ). This is a two piece setup, that was originally available in complete train sets only, it provides Precision speed control in both forward and reverse that can not be obtained with a conventional transformer. It also allows you to move approximately 4 feet from the transformer with the controller and maintain control of the train. This Power Supply is designed to operate safely within low voltage format 0-13V (DC) which is provided through the Train Controller. The Train Controller is supplied with 16V (AC) from the Adapter which is supplied with 120V (AC) from your electrical output receptacle. These power pack controllers are part of a bulk purchase we made and do not come in a factory box. They are New Power Pack-Controllers (shrink wrapped) that we found when taking inventory. We have a very limited supply so don't miss out. This item is NOT RETURNABLE.
