Shipping Info:

**Please note: we only ship to the lower 48 states. (Excludes: Hawaii, Alaska and any US territories)

● We deliver our products via conventional mailing methods (i.e., USPS, FedEx, UPS)

● For engines & drivetrain components, or any other part still intact on the original vehicle at the time of purchase, please allow one week for shipping.

● Larger items, such as engines, doors, transmissions, body parts, etc., that require freight shipping are shipped at cost to you. (i.e., Ward Trucking, Central Transport, Pitt-Ohio, FedEx Freight, etc.)

- If the product destination is a business location or a transporter’s terminal, advertised price of freight shipping will not deviate from original listing!

- Freight shipping to a residential address requires an additional fee of $200.

- Freight shipping to a business address in Washington, DC requires an additional fee of $100.

- Freight Shipping to a business address in NYC requires an additional fee of $200.

● As a seller with a 100% positive- feedback rating, it is always our goal to ship all items possible within one business day, from receipt of your order!

● For regular items purchased, please allow 2 business days handling time.

● Handling & Crating time for freight items is 7 business days.

- Freight shipping is not as simplistic a process as conventional mailing methods. Drivers may arrive late, or often arrive with no prior confirmation call. We carefully test all products prior to listing them, in order to ensure that all parts are in proper working condition. Unfortunately, previously tested items sometimes arrive in non- working condition for a multitude of reasons beyond our control.

Buyer/Customer/User agrees to indemnify, hold harmless and defend seller from any and all claims, liabilities or lawsuits arising out of the use of, or in any way involving injury or accident occasioned by said equipment.  Said agreement includes, but is not limited to, the duty to indemnify, hold harmless and defend seller in any of the following situations:  Claims involving or alleging improper or negligent design, maintenance, construction, reconstruction, repair, alteration or modification of the equipment by the seller, its agents or employees; claims involving or alleging breach of any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for purpose, or safety of the equipment; claims involving allegations of failure, negligent or otherwise, on the part of Federal, State, or Local Government Statues, Rules  or  regulations, or as is customary in the trade; and claims involving or alleging negligence by seller, either alone or jointly with buyer or any other person, firm or organization.  Buyer/Customer/User specifically agrees to indemnify, hold harmless and defend seller from any and all claims alleging negligence on the part of the seller and waives benefit of any laws, rules, or regulations contrary to, or in limitation of, this agreement.  The covenants expressed herein shall be servable, and the invalidity, now or in the future of any of the covenants recited   herein shall not affect the validity of the remaining covenants.  Under no circumstances shall we or any affiliate of ours have any liability whatsoever for the loss of use or for any indirect or consequential damage.
