Used screw driver set - I have not cleaned it up - previous owner put his mark on it - I do not know the age - it has four different size bits - bits are in good condition - they are darken from use and age - handle is good also - yes it has wear or what I call aging patina from use - it does have alocking in place - notche on the bit locks into handle - and it is spring release ( hard to explain) - never seen one before - good working screwdriver for different size screws - add to your collection or dispaly .
