Mostly Good used condition; hiking boots get dirty but structurally they are still in good shape aka still has decent amount of tread which is important for grip when hiking uneven surfaces. Comes with original insoles but also comfy gel inserts on top of original inserts which is why the inside of the shoe is orange and doesn’t say “Keen” — those are the nice inserts.
