We dispatch any order made before 11:00 am on the same working day (weekends, public holidays and bank holidays are not considered as a working day). Orders placed after 11:00 am will normally be posted on the next working day.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 30 days of receipt.

We are happy to accept returns for items that are not suitable, We will minus the postage as it cost us to send the item however we will refund delivery costs if the goods are faulty but for all other returns we cannot refund delivery costs. Please include your eBay user name and address in your returns package to speed up your refund or exchange process.

It is not possible to exchange an item. We advise you to return the item for a refund and reorder.
