Condition: It is in fair to good condition. There is significant soiling with minor edgewear to the cover. There is minor to moderate soiling to the outside of the page ends. There is rusting to the staples in the binding. An abrased area is noted at the top outer corner of pages 39 through 46. There is a torn area at the right corner tip of page 41. Occasional small soil marks are noted on a few pages. Despite the condition it is very readable.
