The Washington Dollhouse is a two story colonial dollhouse kit featuring four rooms, an attic, two staircases, two fireplaces, a walk around porch, window boxes, and a bay window.

This auction is for a sealed (unassembled) dollhouse kit. It is “New Old Stock” - vintage 1980s.  The kit is being sold “as is.”  The box has some wear, and has been taped, but remains sealed (unopened).
