Azovstal is a Mariupol metallurgical plant with almost 90 years of history; Many extremely strong and durable structures are made from the steel smelted here: bridges, spaceships, armor for tanks.

In 2022, after the start of a full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, the Azovstal plant of Metinvest Group became the last defensive fortress of Mariupol.

The enemy almost destroyed 11 square kilometers of the plant's territory. But neither threats, nor constant bombing, nor blockade could break the will of the Ukrainians.
