China stamp-1946-Chungking Central Surcharge

$20 on 8cent-Brown/Orange

If you are wondering where I am receiving information about the grade of the stamp that I am providing...I scan the stamp through an app that will give me the perfs/measurements and it will also give me a grading based on the mathematical dimensions of the margins and all around condition of the stamp, but I do realize that for perfs that are unquestionable, I should use a perforations gauge. I also try to put in the maximum effort to learn and distinguish between the different printings/where they originated from and the true value that they hold, but im still learning, and anyone who has tried to correctly identify the different types of 2 cent Washington stamps between 1912-1921 know what I'm talking about :)

If you receive a stamp that I have uncorrectly identified, I will happily refund your account and fully take note of any kind of new knowledge that you can send my way. Thanks,

Melissa
