This tactical shoulder suspender piece is from Huewa.  These measure 29" from the center loop to the bottom of the front strap.  I do not know how it is sized, so please ask questions.  There are aluminum hooks on this piece.  The numbers on the center ring are 48-23 and there is a second number of 12-127-4488-
