2 keys and immobilizer fitted 

Fully converted van with a double ring gas hob, sink with tap and electric water pump.

Mileage is in Kilometres (180,000 which is 118,400 miles). This will go up slightly as still in use. Has working electric pop top roof with original mattress cushions. All electric blinds working correctly. 230v sockets and electric hookup point. Fitted leisure battery for off the grid power. Railed curtains on windscreen and rear screen. Electric cool box as a fridge which can work on the 230v when hooked up on a campsite or 12v when driving or parked up. Privacy tinted windows and JDM wind deflectors fitted.

In the time I've owned the van it's had timing belt and water pump replaced, new front and rear brake discs, pads as well as drop links and a suspension arm. These I have invoices for with a stamp from a local garage. All fitted early 2023. Previous owner had just serviced the van before I bought it and fitted a new radiator. He had also replaced sills and arches on the van. Over the winter it's had a new battery fitted, blower motor and resistor pack. It's always had the work which it's needed to keep it going all these years and it does really show. 

The van has 4 good chunky tyres with loads of tread as well as a spare. Towbar and electric socket for trailer lights. There has also been a coolant alarm fitted. Bike rack, TV monitor, hookup leads and camp ramps included in sale.

In its recent MOT there was a couple of spots underneath which needed some attention and welding. All these areas have been fixed and documented along the way for peace of mind. The front cross member was corroded which is very common on Mazda bongos. This was completely removed and a new sturdier one fitted, coated and painted to prolong it's life. There was 3 other small holed areas at the front of either sill and the rear of the driver side which were cut, removed, filled and painted. 

The paint work has had wear and tear over the years with signs of areas being repainted and repaired etc. which can only really be noticed when pointed out.
