This is a vintage Bandai GoBots action figure from 1983. The figure is of Cop-Tur, a character from the GoBots TV show and franchise. It is made of plastic and die-cast materials and was manufactured in Japan. The figure features transforming abilities and is part of the Gobots series. It is an original, licensed piece and comes complete.

One owner, played but in excellent condition., see pictures.  It is a little loose where the legs meet the body but got him to stand.  There are videos on how make joints tighter.
