Application

Installation

• The basic wall surface must be flat, dry, clean, and firm. The aged wall surface must be painted with water-based seal primer to fix the loosened surface. You need to remove the ash, damaged wallpaper and warped wall siding with a tool or fill the damaged wall with putties.
• Wall mounting installation tools: cutting knives, rulers, nail-free glue levels, etc.
• Measure the size of the wall to find out the central point of it, then mark vertically and horizontally. Arrange it on the floor by rotating the panels before attempting to install, ensuring correct installation of the desired pattern.
• Put the heavy-duty construction adhesive to the lower parts of the panel back, and put the adhesive higher than the panel back.
• Keep the edge of the product consistent with the horizontal line to ensure that the product is not skewed.
• Apply the panels on the wall as the planned design, pressing the panel's edges to ensure all the panels adjoin the wall tightly. Use a towel to clean the glue which is flowed out of the panels.
• Measure the size of the wall panels to be cut.
• Use a spirit level to draw the line to be cut on the back of the product.
• Use a wallpaper tool or chainsaw to cut the panel freely.
• Place the cut edge of the panel on the comer of the wall.
• Measure the position of the socket and cut it, and then install it.
• The installation work has been completed.

Notes

• The wall surface for wall panel installation should be flat and smooth, such as a wall with a putty base or plasterboard and woodworking boards.
• You need to prepare the installation accessories by yourself, including structural adhesive, nail-free adhesive or glass adhesive, tape measure, pencil, angle grinder, and other common tools.
• Please cut the wall panel before putting it up at the corner of the wall.
