Collects Civil War II (2016) #0-8 and material from Civil War II FCBD. When a new Inhuman named Ulysses manifests uncanny precognitive powers, Earth's protectors must wrestle with the consequences. And when one of Ulysses' visions leads to tragedy, an old friendship reaches a breaking point - and longtime teammates Captain Marvel and Iron Man find themselves at odds. Is it right to act now on crimes yet to be committed? Do the ends justify the means? And how reliable is Ulysses' gift? As Avengers, X-Men, Inhumans, Spider-Men, Guardians of the Galaxy and more stand divided between the two figureheads, the battle lines are drawn. And when one of the greatest among them falls, the Marvel Universe is once again set on a path to war - but will the fight for the future leave one worth saving?

Please be aware that USPS mail service has been astonishingly slow over the past few weeks. Almost everything I’ve sold on eBay, and everything I’ve bought, has arrived well past the estimated delivery date. I’ll package your purchase up and get it to the post office as quickly as I can – I aim for two days or less. But once the package is in the post office’s hands, I don’t have any more control over it. It will get to you . . . but unless things change, it won’t get to you very quickly.

If you have a question about a late item, please send me a message. If you open a case and get eBay involved, everything gets a little more complicated. If you can, message me and don’t choose “I haven’t received my item”; if I can’t help you, then take the next step and open up a case.

Thanks for being great buyers!!

Policies, conditions, requests

I need to clear out some space, so I’m putting a bunch of tpbs, graphic novels, and comics up for auction. Unless otherwise stated, these are in Very Fine condition. Many of them are probably in better condition, but I’m grading them lower just so a Very Serious Collector won’t try to pick a fight with me. I have quite a few books that look pristine, but most of them look like they’ve been read and touched a few times, with a little cover wear or edge wear - something you'd pick up at your local Barnes & Noble rather than the CGC. And a handful of them look slightly rough: a corner is bent, a cover is creased, some color has been rubbed off a cover. Each listing has a scan of the actual book that you’ll be getting. (I don’t understand why some sellers post stock photos - do they want you to see a picture of a different copy of the book than you’ll actually be bidding on? What buyer finds that helpful?) Look at the descriptions, too – I’ve tried to point out any creases, dents, or other defects. If you’re concerned, ask, and I’ll be happy to give you a detailed description or email you a big picture of any book you want. For what it’s worth, several buyers have commented that my books were in better condition than they expected.

Every item up for sale is adult-owned, stored in a climate-controlled, smoke-free environment. And I refuse to ship anything to you in padded envelopes - you get corrugated cardboard that passes the 200 pound crush test, and I'm slightly obsessive when it comes to packing.

I accept payments via Ebay's Managed Payment Services. Payment within five days of auction's end, or I’ll put the item back up for bid. If you have less than 5 recent positive feedback, please contact me before you bid, or I'll cancel your bid - I don't have anything against people with low feedback numbers, but the majority of people who forget to pay or tell me after the auction that they have to cancel the transaction because they don't have their credit card account set up correctly have low numbers. By contrast, everybody who has contacted me before bidding has paid quickly, and I've left them extravagant feedback.

Mind-boggling combined shipping prices for more than a decade

I ship most tpbs and hardcovers in sturdy cardboard mailers that are significantly heavier than the postal service's flat rate priority mail envelopes and boxes. All packages come with shipping confirmation.

Yes, I combine shipping! I’ll ship up to five books for 6.00. If you win more than five books, I’ll charge you an extra 1.00 for each additional book. But the most you’ll pay for shipping is $15. Win 15, 20, 30 books—shipping will only be $15.

Please try to win more than one book—I want to get these books out of here, so I’ve made the cost of shipping one book overpriced. But if you win four, the shipping cost is pretty reasonable.

When the auction ends, please wait to pay until I send you an invoice, especially if you win more than one book. If you have an overwhelming compulsion to spend more money than you need to, please feel free to ignore the above advice.

Shipping outside the U.S.

Shipping to countries other than the U.S. is highly expensive, and I honestly don't expect many buyers to pay those rates. If you don't mind paying high shipping fees, I will ship your purchase to Canada, Mexico, and other parts of North and South America via International Priority mail. An International Flat Rate Envelope that will hold up to 3 tpbs will ship to Canada for 29.60 USD and to Mexico for 36.85. A Priority Mail International Flat Rate Box which will hold up to 12 tpbs will ship to Canada for 56.80 USD and to Mexico for 82.85 USD. (Please note that the number of books each method of shipping can hold is only an estimate - there are some books that will never fit into a Priority Flat Rate Envelope!) If you'd like to know what it will cost to ship your item to another North or South American location, send me a message, and I'll get back to you with the price!

Insurance?

Sorry, but I'm not responsible for merchandise that is lost or damaged during shipping. You may be covered by eBay Buyer Protection Services, but I encourage you to purchase USPS shipping insurance, which is available for $2.25 for up to $50 of merchandise, $2.85 for $50.01 to $100.00, etc.

Hope you win.  Bid early and bid often.
