Blue white leaf pattern hand painted porcelain oval soap dish china bath decor

Not actually exactly sure this is a soap dish-- probably somewhat rare as I couldn't find another like it for price comparisons; the maker's mark on the bottom is worn off, so it's difficult to identify.  

Measures 5" long by about 3.25" wide
