This is a rare block of 4 of Canal Zone O9, the 5c Stevens Official overprint issue of 1947, centered almost F/VF and NH. Deep color, slight bit of waxiness on gum of one stamp in the center. Hard to find as only 21,640 were issued. Scott catalog value of $80 as 4 NH singles with no premium for the block, a great addition for a Canal Zone collection.
