Phone HAS NOT been tested. This is an old phone that I have had since the early 2000's. Way back when, it did charge and turn on, however I do not have the wall charger cable for it anymore, and only have the car charging cable left. Not able to test it, there for it is sold AS-IS. Phone does come with original box, phone charger, instruction manual and insert paper. Plastic insert is cracked and dirty, as well as the box is also dirty.
