Items are in good condition, light flickers, but bulbs are good. Buyer agrees to pay actual postage and insurance on this item. It will be packed well with plastic bubble wrap and peanuts. Returns are accepted if item is returned in original condition. If damaged in transit, buyer agrees to take the insurance payment from carrier.  Insurance is added to protect buyer and seller. I accept returns, buyer pays return shipping. If item is found to be defective, i will compensate for return shipping after receiving item back. I do test and video items before shipping.  Payment is expected within 3 days. If you do not like these terms, please do not bid.
