This will be partially disassembled to assure you will receive this assembly undamaged. The float unit will be unscrewed from its mounting and taped along the bracket assembly to keep it tucked in close to avoid any bending or damage. The filter sock will be removed and packed in its own packing due to it being very fragile. If you are buying a sending unit assembly like this from other sellers that are NOT taking the time to disassembly these easily damaged parts like I am. You will have a very high chance in receiving the unit with a bent or broken float sensor and or broken filter sock.
