Mexico's President Gustave Diaz Ordaz, right, and Cuba's Foreign Minister Raul Roa, embrace as they wound up Friday a two-hour conference. Before flying back home, Roa, in a written statement, said he came to Mexico to present "indisputable proof of espionage activities against Cuba by Humberto Carrillo Colon," a former Mexican diplomat in the Embassy in Cuba.
