Immediate payment is required upon selecting "Buy It Now" or upon checking out through the cart.

All orders (except custom-made orders) will be shipped within 8-10 business days. Custom-made orders will be shipped within 10-15 business days after payment is cleared.

International Shipments:
International shipments are usually delivered within 2 to 3 weeks, depending on the time taken to clear customs. Please note that all countries charge a duty on imported goods. A customs clearing charge is also imposed in many countries.

We are not responsible for the amount of duty or any other related charges. For customers in the USA, the USA postal service/customs charges an additional fee for all incoming international shipments, which will have to be paid by the customer.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please return your jewelry in its original, unused condition (including all original packaging and tags) within 30 days for a full refund.

Please note that complete return instructions, return address, etc. are included on the packing slip you receive with your order.

Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Returns with no Return Authorization Number and packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt.

You should expect to receive your refund within 6 Business Days upon verified and tracked receipt of your return package; however, in most cases, you will receive a refund more quickly.
