I believe this piece is a vintage Italian Empoli Stelvia Opalina Florentina vase made in the 1960s.  It was possibly designed by Wayne Husted who designed for Steliva from 1960 to 1969.  This vase has a raised snowflake design on each side (see photos).  The glass is a bright yellow opaque glass.

This vase measures about 11.75 inches tall.  There are no maker marks or stickers on this piece. 

There are a few flaws in the glass from production (see photos).  There are no chips or cracks.  There are bumps on the rim from production (see photos).
