Antique lamp is either copper or brass with a cloth cord.  I'm leaning towards copper as there is a sliver on the under side that is copper color.  Magnet does not stick to any part other than the cast metal inside base. The patina is very dark and hard to get good pictures.  It measures about 13-3/8 inches tall to top of bulb socket, and the base measures about 6-1/4 inches across.  There is no shade and not sure if all the parts are there for a shade or what type of shade. There are two ribbon wrapped torch emblems. It is in working condition. Most of my items are vintage, antique, and or used items.   I may specifically say an item is New and unused in the description if it had the original manufactures tag, packaging, or price, even though I may have laundered the item to remove age dust and discolor. I will mention any damage or flaws that I notice. Please review the photos and enlarge them, as they are an important part of the description.  Also keep in mind that color tones can vary from computer to computer.  I try to be as accurate as possible.  I do have cats.  Please ask questions if you have any concern about an item.

Payment:  Payment is due within 3 days of auction’s end or from a purchase in my eBay store.  I will combine shipping to save you money.  Please ask before you pay for items.  I will send you a combined invoice.  Unless of course it’s listed as free shipping.

PLEASE NOTE:   Per eBay policy, if you reside in the Unites States, eBay may collect sales tax on this purchase – it will be automatically added to your invoice total.  I have no control over this, as eBay is the one who receives the tax amount, and sends it on to the state.

Shipping:  US shipping includes tracking/delivery confirmation, and insurance. I usually ship next day, and definitely within three days, after payment is received.  Please remember that I cannot control the transit time after the package is delivered by me to the post office.

Insurance claim for loss or damage during shipping:   Please do not open a dispute with ebay without contacting me first because it is not necessary. I will make an insurance claim with the shipper.  If your item is broken during shipping I will need pictures to file the claim online.  However, shippers do not just honor claims online anymore with the photo's only, they now ask for an inspection of the shipping box, packaging (all bubble wrap/pillows/peanuts) and the item that broke. USPS will send a letter within a week to you, asking for the item to be brought in for inspection at your local USPS, while other companies may come to the residence for the inspection by appointment.   I have to get the claim approved and the item inspected before I can refund, as they always require inspections and we have to comply with them.  So first, pictures of item, box and bubble/peanuts.  Second, inspection with shipper, with original box and bubbles/peanuts. Third, shipper approval and then refund is sent to you.

International Buyers:  I only use Ebay International Shipping Program. If your Country / address is not on the list for Ebay international shipping program, please do not purchase, or sale will be cancelled.  Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to know what these additional costs may be prior to bidding or buying. Not responsible for customs hold on items. 

Returns:  All sales are final, and returns are not accepted unless there has been a careless and gross error in my item description.
