Models are wrapped in bubble wrap and protected from moving about with parcel paper, to fill the gaps inside. High-strength double walled boxes are used to provide impact resistance. Fragile stickers are attached to the outside.

Shipping and Returns - UK

We offer our customers fast and free tracked shipping in premium packaging. Orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard. If this service is not available for your location then an equivalent Royal Mail service will be selected. Orders over £200 total will be sent via Special Delivery at no additional cost.

Shipping and Returns - International (US and Canada)

We offer competitively priced tracked international shipping to the US. Orders placed together will be combined, so that only one postage charge of £8 is levied. Please review our stock and add everything of interest to your cart before checking out. Note that we have to dispatch orders within one working day and, once a parcel is packed and the postage label is generated, we cannot then add further items to the same parcel - they will be sent in a second parcel charged at £8 i.e. if placing multiple orders over several days. You should get a combined discount at the checkout stage if all items are added to the cart however sometimes this is not reflected - if there is a problem then message us and we will send you an invoice with just one postage charge. If you have already paid then we will refund you the difference back when the postage label is generated.

Note that for US orders there is a de minimis of USD 800. This means that duties will be owed by the buyer to US customs at or above this amount. This includes multiple orders sent within a short time period. Duties should not be owed below this amount but we advise you to check with US customs for any further queries.

For GSP, please understand that prices are set by eBay and fulfilment is handled by eBay and their partners. Our responsibility is to ship to their UK facility for processing. Buyer and seller are generously covered by eBay in the event of any issue. Combined orders should be possible by adding all items to the cart and THEN checking out. If there is a problem please message us for assistance. A custom combined lot can be put together if there are problems getting it combined. Note that shipping costs provided via GSP are calculated outside of our control.
