Also includes shipping cost, per model, to seventy-five major cities/district sales offices. This is must-have information for anyone who has one of these neat vehicles and is especially useful if you are trying to put together a duplicate factory original window sticker. These are copies of original period pricing documents--copy quality is fair/good--age of originals limited reproduction quality--see second photo of sample page. Coming from a smoke-free home, I will carefully mail in a magazine-size envelope.
