Laptop was purchased as part of a government surplus lot. It has previous owners inventory tags. HDD has been wiped and there is no OS. Bios are locked and may not be able to be adjusted unless the lock is circumvented. Power cord not included.

Case and handle have some cracks and small damage. See pictures. Battery is in good condition.
