Description A very nice English antique solid sterling silver "pebble" tobacco box with a recessed hinged silver and beautifully all-over decorated with engraved flowers and foliate scrolls. Inside it still has a gilded interior, it weighs approx 64 grams and as a bonus there are no added personal engraved inscriptions in the cartouche. In lovely condition and with full English silver hallmarks for Birmingham 1910.
Measurements Good size, measures approx approx. 3.4 inches (85mm) x 2.6 inches (66mm) and is 1.15 inches (29mm) deep.
Date English antique solid sterling silver with English silver hallmarks for Birmingham 1910 (date letter "l"). Good clear matching silver marks on box and lid and the silversmiths initials are "W.A", (William Adams Ltd - 1900 - 1910).
