Toy ring from 1970's featuring Hong Kong Phooey (who was quicker than a human eye!).  Came in vending machines that offered toy novelties.  It is not very durable (they were made very cheaply) but this one is still in good condition with only very minor wear.  It will be shipped with the utmost care.
