The printer may have some defects or issues that affect its functionality, but it can still be used for spare parts or for repair purposes. Please note, the printer scans perfectly, colour duplex no issues. My understanding is that the printer needs the drum kit replacing for each colour segment. As I have an identical printer supplied to me under warranty, this unit is now surplus to requirements.
