We priced these according to intentionally ripped bottom hems; they are otherwise quite nice, and you may even prefer them this way or have no problems hemming them to satisfaction. :)  I tested these rips with a little force and they probably aren't going to keep coming apart on their own.  The cut is straight but is a little longer on one hem the than the other.  Check out the photos.

Very good condition -- overall nice look -- **vented/ripped bottom hems** --  I believe this was an after-market cut that was done pretty well but not hemmed afterward.  Otherwise found one very small spot on one thigh--  please see photos of actual item!
