The vinyl sleeve fell off of the tube and was lost. I wrapped electrical tape around the end of the tube and it has a snug fit and works great. You can buy a replacement tube for $12.95 (reflected in the price) on Ebay if you want but this unit works right out of the box.

Everything is there. Original box, device, original power supply, original tube (with tape) and manual. It’s really cool!
