Tokai Electric Guitar Stratocaster Olympic White SS70-S Limited W/Gig Bag

Made in 1981. This is one of the Limited Products listed in the 1982 catalog, and is a copy of "The Strato" by company F at the time. Olympic white, matching headstock with serial number and "Limited" written on the head. The main company F has an ash body, but this one uses alder. The weight is also moderate at 3.66 kg. The bridge pickup has been replaced with a Duncan one, and the pegs have also been replaced.

Other repair history includes Nut, Pot x3, Switch, and Screw replacement. Fret rubbing. Wiring change. The controls are 5-way switch, Volume, Tone, Blender (Neck & Brg Pickup), and by narrowing down the blender control, the Neck & Brg Pickup will be mixed, so you can enjoy the sound like a Telecaster mix. Our opinion is that the frets are original, but we cannot deny the possibility of refrets or overspray on the back of the neck. Since it is an old model instrument, it is difficult to judge that aspect. please note that. In addition to the head serial, there is also a serial on the neck plate, making it a double serial. Currently, the neck is almost straight, the truss rod has been confirmed to work in both directions, and the frets have been rubbed together, so there is some waviness where the fret heads are flat. If you are concerned, you may need to refret. Strings used: 010-046.
