Up for auction is this vintage late 1950s Hand Knitted Pure Wool Olive Green

 Classic V Neck, Sleeveless JUMPER in Size "M" (approx 38-40" 97-101cm). This 

Knitwear with its beautifully patterned design is finished at the bottom with a

 fine machine knitted basque measuring 10cm wide and basques at edges of 

armholes and neck 2.5 & 3cm wide. 

Measurements:

Chest around armpits from top of basques approx. 101cm

Length from top of basque along side seam to bottom approx. 42cm

Length from top of basque neck along centre back to bottom approx. 68cm

Width around bottom approx. 63cm not stretched.

Across shoulders including basques 18cm.

The JUMPER was carefully knitted by a family member and has been stored away

 for many years. It shows no indication whatsoever that it has ever been worn and 

is in excellent clean condition. This is a quality pure wool JUMPER making it a must 

for cooler seasons.
