Clean condition with some normal wear to the metal frame (see the last 2 pictures) and light wear corners of the head rest. The plastic cap is missing from the right side of where you would place your hands. No tears in the padded head rest. No rust or dents in the metal frame. No other issues noted. 

The item will ship disassembled.
