Here are two different local ham or citizens band CB radio cards from Chester ILL.   THe Browns are on Cedar Street, and the other Claude and Bobbie White at 1505 State Street in Chester. Randolph county near Rockwood, Sparta, Steeleville, Coulterville, REd Bud, Ruma Evansville, Vergennes, Duquoin, Pinckneyville, Murphsyboro, Waterloo, Rocher, etc etc.
