I don’t know the maker of this piece. It is not a solid foam costume prop, but the handle is a hard plastic and the sheath is either plastic and wood or just hard plastic. The blade is a hard foam rubber from what I can tell. You can see that I have taken a number of images down the length of the sword and scabbard so you have details as to the condition. It’s in great shape with minimal wear.
