Thank you for looking at this one of a kind cuff which is repurposed with rare antique Tiffany & Co sterling silver repousse that is circa 1901.
Tiffany stamps are preserved on the item

 I used a similar technique spoon rings, so this originally was NOT a bracelet by Tiffany , I saved the sterling silver from an antique vanity item , and forged it into a cuff
