Antique 1910s 1920s Cream Cotton Purple Stripped Work Dress w/ Selvedge AS IS. Here we have a well used home made work dress dating back to the late 1910s or early 1920s. The dress consists of two pieces, a skirt with net bodice and an apron style overlay. In the side seam of the skirt you can see the selvedge of the fabric. The main material of the dress is a cream and purple striped cotton. A series of hooks, eyes, and snaps secures the dress closed. Many of the hooks are partially detached and would need to be resewn. The apron style topper has snaps at the side seam and shoulder.

This piece is in very delicate condition and should only be carefully handled or displayed. The fabric is worn down to the threads in many places and there are holes throughout. There are no major stains but the piece is over all discolored. Please view all photos prior to purchasing and do not hesitate to ask additional questions. We have priced this item according to the issues.
