Grass Roots Electric Bass Guitar GR-HYPER Series GV-FR-105 Purple EMG 5 String

This is the GR HYPER SERIES Forest Base, which was produced for a shorter period of time than the Grass Roots product.

It has been customized based on this, and the paint has been refinished to a unique glitter finish.

The pickup has been replaced with an EMG.
The controls are FVol.RVol.Tone in the 3 vertical columns on the front left, and dummies in the 2 vertical columns on the right.

I have checked that the amplifier is energized and produces sound, but when I touch the knob, there is noise.

We have confirmed that the truss rod rotates from side to side when we had it adjusted once in the past.
