Antique 19th Century Horn Snuff Box With Contrasting Lid

Lovely creamy coloured horn snuff box with contrasting black lid. The lid opens and closes fine but it is a bit stiff and needs a bit of force to open it. There is a bit of wear on the corners of the lipped part on the inside of the lid, probably as a result of the snug fit. The exterior of the lid is scratched but there is no visible damage to the main body and the hinge is in a good condition.
